What time can you check in?

Check-in starts at 12:00 pm. Early check-in depends on room availability and must be arranged with reception in advance. Reception is available 24/7.

Check-out is at 11:00 am. If you need a late check-out, please arrange it with reception in advance. Additional charges may apply, depending on availability.

Prices are subject to change depending on the length of stay. Current rates are available on our website or upon enquiry at reception.

4. Has my child a right to a free stay or a discount?

Children under the age of 12 can stay for free; however, they will not be entitled to their own room(s).

You can cancel your booking free of charge any time before 6pm  of check in date.

6. Do I pay a reservation fee?

Reservation fees are dependent on duration of stay. You may be asked to pay a reservation fee for stays longer than 7 nights.

7. What are the payment options and can I make a payment in instalments?

You can make a cash payment when checking in or you can swipe with a VISA/ MASTER CARD or OTHER. 
'APPROVED' long staying guests can make payments in instalments as per agreement with the BnB manager if need be.

Restaurant service is à la carte but you can request a buffet if number of guest is greater than ten.
